Yoga Class Styles
Power Flow: a dynamic flow matching breath to movement. Sequence follows the Baptiste Journey Into Power model. Expect a powerful class integrating body, breath and mind.
Vinyasa Yoga: These classes are creatively sequenced to open up various parts of the body leading to an apex pose. Expect the same focus of breath to movement, getting you out of your head and into your body.
Yin Yoga: Designed to get into the connective tissue by relaxing the muscles and holding each pose for several minutes. A slower pace using the breath to restore the body.
